Tile can withstand a lifetime of the sun exposure, whereas the underlayment (which provides your final defense against water intrusion), has a life expectancy of less than 3 months if left exposed to the elements. That is why it is critical to ensure that the tile on your roof is in good condition at all times.

What’s Included
First, we’ll do a full roof evaluation, including a summary and photos of your roof. Then, we’ll replace up to 15 tiles – including materials and labor (Additional tiles for just $10/ea). Replacement tiles will be exact or close match to your existing tile, using our extensive inventory and boneyard.3
Express Service
No estimate needed – repairs are typically made on our first visit. In many cases, we offer SAME or NEXT-DAY service. Some restrictions do apply. Just call for an appointment.
